It is derived from a pretty yellow flower, grown all over the marshes and mountain peaks throughout Europe and  Northern America. The Arnica Montana flower  has a proven track record of over 200 years for the treatment of bruises, minor falls ,trips or knocks. Apply ONLY externally.
